This is Addy celebrating her first birthday and getting ready to eat birthday cake. She was a little bit apprehensive about the candle, but once we got past that, she was excited to dive into her cake. Happy 1st Birthday Addy Jane!!!
Addy had a chance to celebrate her birthday early with family while in Oklahoma for cousin Natalie's baby blessing. We had a blast!!! Thank you to everyone who made it a special day for her. Then we had another celebration for Addy on her birthday. Although Addy was very wary of her birthday candle, she really loved the taste of birthday cake. I had so much fun making Addy's it and hope that future cakes get even cuter after I take a cake decorating class next month. Addy's birthday cake extravaganza ended with a nice warm bath (with little cake chunks floating in the tub) and Addy playing with her new tub toys. We can hardly believe that she's been in our family for a year and that she will have a sister in only a few months!!! We love you Addy Jane!
